Engineering
As a technology provider, we have off-the-shelf options ready to apply to your concept. Our Technical Support Staff reviews your concepts with you, then matches existing valve technologies, or if needed, provides a path of Design and Development with our Engineering Staff.
If we don't have off-the-shelf solutions to meet your requirements, our engineering department works with you every step of the way to design and create the right solution for you. We can take your idea, and, using our up-to-date Solidworks 3D modeling software, we help you create a working design. Once the design meets your approval, we can then make working prototypes. If you're satisfied with the operation and that the valve or regulator meets your specficications, we have the components manufactured, then our US based production plant builds the finished product.
Quality workmanship is in every valve we make. Working with high pressure gas systems requires the highest standards in inspection and testing. Incoming components are inspected and compared to established standards. Each valve is 100% tested for proper function and calibrated to a specific pressure or gas flow rate when built. We take extra steps to guarantee only the highest quality products leave our plant.
With years of experience creating branded products, our graphics department offers cost effective packaging solutions by leveraging off our existing designs. With design support from engineering, we create customized packaging to your specifications and to best market your product.
