I started working for Innovations in 1997 back when things were a bit simpler. We all wear a lot of hats here but I have actually worn more than most and I now hold the title for having the most titles at Innovations. They include: Engineering & Product Development, Director of Engineering, Quality Assurance Manager, Production Manager, Director of Technology and now Global Sales Manager for OEM and Mass Markets. My career path with Innovations has given me an ability to understand nearly every aspect of the company and I can quickly react to nearly all questions that come my way. I enjoy working in a technical field and having to tax my brain with difficult problems and then solving them with the most efficient solutions.
I am passionate about moving forward and getting things done right. The world constantly moves towards chaos and we all work hard to bring things together in a more organized fashion. Managing new projects requires us to bring in outside ideas and merge them into something we are familiar with to create a new form. Launching a new product into the world is exciting and rewarding especially when you can see people learn about it and then appreciate its value.
In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, trail run and ride bicycles, both mountain and road. I have raced competitively but now I mostly ride for exercise, and peace of mind. My goal is to run the next Tucson marathon so I am racing to make that happen. I am also taking classes pursuing a business degree to add to the technical side from my earlier studies.
